Description

A deep-level conversation about your personal stress-response patterns, looking at prospects for improving your wellbeing with stress regulation, somatic experiencing trauma tools and body self-regulation healing in your day-to-day life at home or work. These consultations can be personal, professional or within the family circle and are prepared to hold and support your daily life, helping you to learn stress management and maintenance. These sessions are viewed with a lens of traumatology, systemic, relational and somatic experiencing towards a stabilisation-healing perspective. The intention is to remain connected to the body felt-sense, tracking your personal processing to support the integration and clarity of your life as needed. A space to debrief, rewire and regenerate your nervous system under stress and support your grounding presence and response to life. How you respond to life is your strength. It is your choice! This can be a one-off consultation or a set number of consultations according to your specific intention and needs. Days: Saturdays Language: English or Spanish Location: Online via Zoom

Cancellation Policy Please note that I required 72 hours notice so you can reschedule your session and don’t miss your time. I understand that unexpected events come up at times in our busy lives. If you cancel on time, it is possible to reschedule during the same week, I will do my best to offer you a new time. Confidentiality policy All information shared during therapy sessions remains strictly confidential. There are some exceptions that I have outlined in the informed consent form and therapeutic contracting, which I will give when we meet.
