(Not) feeling seen and wanting to hide as well as “doing it all alone” and “holding myself together” was a big part of my old experiences. So it felt good to be seen and reflected by Uma on many levels, including the energy work. I could feel that she has been where I was, which was highly reassuring, gave me trust and enabled me to go deeper and let go.
 

She created a beautiful, nurturing healing space where I felt welcome, safe and seen. Whenever I asked, she would give me explanations so I was able to integrate the experience not only physically/emotionally but also on a mental level.
