Please read the following Process Terms & Conditions for participation carefully. They are the specific terms, conditions and rules applicable to our agreement concerning your participation in the process, course or programme for which you are applying (“the Process”). If you have any questions before agreeing to any of the Terms & Conditions or Ground Rules, please contact Education Aboard United Kingdom Limited -Evolution of Love (info@evolution-of-love.com. We will always discuss and address any concerns you may have. 

 

References in these Terms & Conditions to “Education Abroad United Kingdom Limited -Evolution of Love” to “we”, “our” or “us” in each case refers to Education Abroad United Kingdom -Evolution Of Love. References to “I”, “you” or “your” are to you, the participant in the Process for which you have applied (which we also refer to as “the Process” and/or “the course” and/or “the programme”). 

 

Individual and group sessions may be offered and provided before or after the Process. Any such sessions are covered and governed by these Terms and Conditions to Agreement. These Terms & Conditions are the exclusive basis for the contract between you and us. No other Terms or Conditions (whenever and however communicated), nor any amendment or addition to these Terms & Conditions, will apply unless agreed to in writing by Education Abroad United Kingdom Ltd / Evolution of Love.

 

Confidentiality – Proprietary/Copyrighted Material

 

You understand and agree that the Process constitutes Intellectual Property, is proprietary and copyrighted, is owned by Education Abroad United Kingdom Ltd -Evolution Of Love, and presented by Evolution Of Love online or in presence under License.  As such, you agree to make no use or dissemination of the Process or any part thereof without the written permission of Education Abroad United Kingdom Ltd-Evolution of Love. Materials presented are intended solely for Process use. You are not permitted to duplicate, resell, modify and resell, and/or repackage and resell, and/or rename and resell the materials. Materials or any part of them are not to be used in connection with any seminar, training programme, therapy, process, consulting, or other business activity except the Process. This agreement supersedes any prior agreements you may have regarding material use. By participating in the Process, you agree to be bound beyond copyright law.

 

Online, live, interactive, in person Courses/Processes: You also agree to respect the confidentiality, identity and experience of all Process participants and staff, of all live, interactive Processes/Courses and not to use, reveal or disclose same.

 

Warranties

 

No warranties of any kind or nature are given by Education Abroad United Kingdom Limited -Evolution of Love.

 

Disclaimer, Release and Indemnity

 

Education Abroad United Kingdom Limited -Evolution of Love disclaim all liability for any illness, injury, death, property loss, or damage suffered by you directly or indirectly caused by negligence or breach of contract, breach of duty, or breach of statutory duty by Education Abroad United Kingdom Limited -Evolution of Love and their members, Process leaders, facilitators, staff members, employees, organizers, and agents (Releasees) which occurs while you are participating in the Process, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

 

-You understand and agree that the Process is an intensive inner exploration and may also involve quite vigorous, expressive processes and movement. 

-You understand and acknowledge that the Process is educational and transformational in nature, is not therapy or healthcare of any sort and is therefore not required to comply with and is not subject to any legal standards or requirements addressing and applicable to therapy or healthcare. 

-You understand that you are solely responsible to physically participate only to the extent to which you are mentally, emotionally and physically able to do so without risk of injury. 

-You acknowledge that when you participate in the Process, you do so at your own risk, and you acknowledge that while you are participating in the Process, you assume the risk of, and the responsibility for, any injury or illness that you suffer, death or property damage or loss however such injury, illness, death, loss, or damage may occur, to the extent permitted by applicable law. 

-You understand and acknowledge that we carry no health insurance providing coverage to you.

 

-You agree to release and indemnify Education Abroad United Kingdom Limited -Evolution of Love against all and any liability or claims arising out of or in connection with any illness, injury, death, property loss, or damage that you may suffer or incur directly or indirectly caused by the negligence, breach of duty, breach of contract, or breach of statutory duty by Education Abroad United Kingdom Limited-Evolution of Love, or in any way whatsoever, in connection with your participation in the process.

 

This release, waiver and indemnity will bind your heirs, executors, personal representatives, and assigns.

 

 

Booking Terms: Refund & Cancelations Policy

 

Refunds are provided upon request for most online programs following cancellation policies specified in each program, unless indicated below.

 

Refunds will not be provided after the start of an online program, or in the case of a pre-recorded program, after the course content has been accessed.

 

Refunds for individual sessions will be made withing 72 hours cancelation policy and or at the discretion of the Leader or Facilitator conducting the individual session.

 

For the online workshops or retreats, or for our in-person workshops or retreats or long year programs, as they are in-demand programs with limited spaces, we have a more specific and limited cancellation policy.

 

  • You can cancel any time 8 weeks before the start of the course and receive a full refund, less administration registration fees applicable.

  • You need to let us know at least 8 weeks before the start date of the course to receive your refund. This is so we can open the space for someone else to join.

  • If the course is sold out, and you let us know less than 8 weeks before the start date of the course, and we cannot fill your space, you will receive back 50% of your course fee.

  • However, if you let us know less than 8 week before the course, and we can fill your space, you will receive back your full refund.

  • You can also fill your space by referring a friend or family member, and you will receive a full refund after they complete the program.

  • All course, workshop, residential programmes fees must be paid in advance before the starting date.

  • You agree to our terms and conditions payments for Long-year residential programs honouring payment fees on specific dates. 

  • Once the course, workshop, residential programme has commence and in case of unforeseen circumstances you want /need to leave the course, there wont be any refund applicable, This includes illness or family emergencies or force mejour. All remain fees would need to be paid by previous contracting. 

 

 

YOUR REGISTRATION, PAYMENT AND PARTICIPATION IN THE PROCESS WILL CONFIRM YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

 

Law and Jurisdiction Applicable

 

These Terms & Conditions, and all other parts of the contract between you and Education Abroad United Kingdom Limited -Evolution of Love, are governed by the law of the United Kingdom. Exclusive jurisdiction over any action or claim arising out of or in any way related to the Agreement to participate and participation in the Process shall be in the Courts of the United Kingdom nearest the offices Education Abroad United Kingdom Limited -Evolution of Love.

 

 

All Provisions Negotiable and Accepted

 

All of the Terms and Conditions stated above are subject to negotiation and discussion. By signing these Terms and Conditions, the participant waives any and all objections to such Terms and Conditions, and accepts all of the Terms and Conditions as stated.

 

Severable Terms

 

If any provision(s) of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, all the remaining Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.

 

Entire Agreement

 

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us. This Agreement shall supersede any prior promises, agreements, representations, undertakings or implications whether made orally or in writing between you and us relating to the subject matter of this agreement.

 

Amendment

 

This Agreement may not be amended except in a writing, signed by the parties.


By checking the box, I agree and confirm:

 

🔲 1) that I have read and understand the above Terms & Conditions and understand and accept them as legally binding; 

🔲 2) that all my answers and other information included in my Application for the Process are true and complete; 

 

🔲 3) that I did not omit anything relevant from any response or statement; 

 

🔲 4) that I have paid the correspondent enrolment fees for reserve my space in the programme;

 

🔲 5) that I understand that full program payment must be made before the start of the program;

 

🔲 6) I understand that there is a non-refundable application fee shall I decide to withdraw from the program within the boundary time limits before commencing the program; 

 

🔲 7) I understand that if I withdraw and leave the program for any unforeseen circumstances, I won’t have any refund;

 

🔲 8)I understand that in case of year-long residential programs, I still would need to pay the remain of my program fees; 

 

🔲 9) I understand that I need to bring my medical and travel insurance with me with full cover protection in case of any emergency; 

 

🔲 10) I have provided emergency contact number and next of kind to be contacted in case of any emergency;

 

 

I acknowledge that a legally binding agreement, including all stated process terms and conditions, is formed when Education Abroad United Kingdom Ltd -Evolution of Love accepts my application and payment.

 

No Signature by Education Abroad United Kingdom Limited-Evolution of Love of these Terms and Conditions is Required. No signature or execution by Education Abroad United Kingdom Ltd -Evolution of Love of these Terms and Conditions is required for them to be effective and part of our agreement. 

 

Following execution of the Terms & Conditions by you, the participant, our agreement to these Terms and Conditions is finalized by your execution thereof and by your payment for the Process. 

 

Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is required from all participants, and said Terms and Conditions are accepted by Education Abroad United Kingdom Ltd -Evolution of Love without execution of this Terms and Conditions form by Education Abroad United Kingdom Ltd -Evolution of Love.
