Healing The Wounds That Bind Us – Therapeutic Individual Process A healing space where you can learn to heal and build a bridge between your internal and external worlds. Explore the spiritual life of our existential being and the womb that gave birth to us. Especially helpful for people with pre- or post-natal birth trauma, family trauma or near-death experience, existential trauma and integration/incarnation in the body. We work in a group setting with somatic enquiry, somatic experiencing tools, trauma stabilisation, and resilience and resolution, and we practise transcendental meditation while we ground back to our body. All participants will need to have had a previous consultation and intake session before you can book Healing The Wounds That Bind Us - Therapeutic Individual Process. Cancellation Policy Please note that I required 72 hours notice so you can reschedule your session and don’t miss your time. I understand that unexpected events come up at times in our busy lives. If you cancel on time, it is possible to reschedule during the same week, I will do my best to offer you a new time. There are some exceptions that I have outlined in the informed consent form and therapeutic contracting, which I will give when we meet.
