Group Therapeutic Somatic Therapy, 3hrs

Description

For a maximum of 10 participants. Previous experience with somatic or family constellations work. These group-work sessions follow a programme and are booked 3 months in advance. Offered mostly Fridays to Saturdays. We will meet as a small group of participants willing to learn more about trauma resolution and practice somatic experiencing sessions combined with family constellations therapy and ancestral healing. This is a combination of trauma education and process work. As a group, we understand the cycle of body-emotions and PTSD or CPTSD, stuck emotions and patterns, being frozen in life, psychodynamic family trauma and/or transgenerational healing. Bring yourself in! This is a programme of comfortable, helpful sessions. It is an opportunity to understand the process of trauma resolution and healing, one step at a time. You can be a participant or observe the somatic process in action. We are a mirror to each other, learning from the group’s experiences. A series of themes are advertised on my workshops page.
