Description

My blend of ancient spiritual traditions and modern psychology forms a delicate, complex understanding of essential living. I call this ‘existing’ by being. In my sessions and workshops, I focus on helping people in their quest for personal inner freedom by looking at life more clearly. My passion for teaching stems from a desire to understand the essential qualities of ‘being’ and integrate them into daily life. I love being with people in the context where they are, open and sincere and motivated to find the truth about themselves. It is a privilege to support them in their development towards their evolutionary journey as they dare to live an authentic life…. Essence Therapy works to find “in you” what is and feels your true self and the quality of your being. In our sessions, we practise and teach active mediation, self-enquiry and awareness of presence to support the deepness in you. For finding your true self we will work with direct experience of the four pillars of inquiry: Will & Intention Openness Acknowledging not knowing Staying in the body We learn and Practice Inquiry developing clear communication. In our work, I teach Self Inquiry and Awareness of Presence to support the deepness in you so you slowly get in touch with yourself in ways you never experienced before. Essence work is based on the “Theory of Holes” by Faisal, founder of the Diamond Logos Teachings based on Object Relational School. This theory says that we are born as “Beings of Essence”, but through lack of recognition, developmental trauma and devaluation in our formative years we lose contact with our Essential nature of us. This disconnection is experienced as a sense of deficiency or lack, (“holes”), and becomes the core of the personality structure. These deficiencies or “loss of contact” with Essence are compensated for by personality structures which try to imitate Essence which we refer to as “filling the hole”.
