An integrated approach to healing and wellbeing, looking deeply at your specific needs for nourishment, therapy or healing, or just to enjoy reconnecting.

A bespoke immersive programme over a three-day weekend for individuals, couples or small groups and customised to your specific needs. 

During this residential ‘Healing Together’ programme,  you will experience various methods I use in my healing practice, to help you to heal and reconnect with yourself.

The weekend includes:

Somatic Experiencing therapy

Systemic family constellations 

Self-enquiry and meditation

Biochemical restoration therapy

Quantum medicine healing

Somatic dance movement

Nature walks, eco-therapy, walk your talk

07:30 – Sunrise active meditation/Silence sitting meditation

09:00 – Breakfast

10:00–13:00 – Group/individual session 

13:00–14:00 – Lunch

14:00–15:00 Free time to rest or enjoy the day in groups or alone 

15:00–17:00 – Group/individual session 

17:00–18.00 – Kundalini meditation 

18:00 – 19:00 Supper

20:00 – Sharing circle/somatic dance/meditation/night activity

22.00 – Quiet time
