Welcome to Free 6 days series ....
“Who I am After Migrating”..
I offer an invitation to the theme of Migration, in preparation to the coming workshop "Finding Our Roots After Migration" . We will debrief deeply about being an Immigrant in a new city or country, difficulties in rooting and manifesting in the new land and how we can transform our experience so we manifest the abundance of our roots and heritage we are carrying.
I will introduce you to Systemic Family Constelations and Somatic Therapy as a tool for helaing and rooting in the present.
In Each meeting...
• We will learn more about “Migration”- being an “immigrant” in a new country and the impact it has in our lives, bodies and soul...
• We will talk about living in between our country of origin and the new coulure we are adopting. And the fear of loosing out frame of reference we always knew...
• We will talk about personal trauma, the politics of trauma and ways to heal giving a deeper understanding of our life story...
• We will talk about the impact that our family or the collective trauma has left in our body imprint patterns... what does it mean?
• We will talk about fear, grief, loss, shame, guilt one feels as immigrant in a new country.. how to start accepting changes ? how to support ourselves to endure the pain of separation?
• We will also speak anger as a catalyst of transformation and fuel to move forward in the new land.
• These meetings will prepare you to counsiously work and heal in the comming Sundays gorup work workshop or simply, underestand your life experience better.
During these 6 days free series we will have space for self regulation, guided visualizations as a guide to healing trauma.
