Looking at the migration process involves understanding not only the external changes, but also the deep internal effects a person experiences when transitioning to a new place in the world.

From the perspectives of psychology, neuroscience, trauma, and the systemic approach, we will explore this process to understand how it impacts the body—and how it can be consciously integrated.

Making the decision to leave your country is never easy. Not all migrations begin with excitement; many start from fear, uncertainty, or necessity.
