Maria Uma Armengol

Maria Uma Armengol is a trained, experienced somatic trauma therapist, offering individual or group sessions and training programmes. She is particularly skilled in working with the influences of social collective conditioning that prevent the individual from developing inner freedom, unconditional love, self-acceptance and compassion.

Uma has travelled extensively in her personal search for healing and self-discovery. She is keen to harness her deep knowledge and extensive experience to support you in your journey back to self-love and your true self.

She stands as a firm caretaker of Mother Earth, our ultimate healer, and the restoration of Female and Male authentic natural power. In mutual love and co-creation, this paired power can maintain a sustainable world with inclusion, harmony, integrity, responsibility and ownership.

Uma believes in love, action, inner freedom and peace. Meditation is an integral part of her life and has been the door to rediscovering her inner vision.

Teaching and Recognition

Uma continues to broaden her personal and spiritual path during her own journey towards the evolution of her love.

She is both trained and self-taught in a wide range of practices and traditions. Her work is a fusion of many elements integrated from deepening her meditation practice, inspired by the teachings of Osho, Buddha, Rumi, Krishnamurthy and many more who have influenced her work and way of life.

She has gained further understanding of authentic love in action by studying with wise and experienced teachers worldwide. Uma is a former student of many talented holistic therapists, including Turiya Hanover, Rafia Morgan, Svagito Liebermeister, Meera Hashimoto, Nishant Matthews and Gemma Llop. These gifted people inspired her to work with people in an emphatic, honest way, offering her a clear and loving mirror to rediscover herself.

She stands as a firm caretaker of Mother Earth, our ultimate healer, and the restoration of Female and Male authentic natural power. In mutual love and co-creation, this paired power can maintain a sustainable world with inclusion, harmony, integrity, responsibility and ownership.

She is currently working with bioenergetics, quantum medicine energy and epigenetics, and embryology – ‘the embryo in us’ – to heal the blueprint of trauma at birth.
